Motivate Her

Chantelle, 19. Long over due attempt to motivate myself to get fit. Links to the left to most of the important stuff. Send me motivation or guilt trip me when I'm slacking. Will try post any workout or fitness I do each day and fess up to any food indulgences. glhf.

Day 41 - Abs R Back

Fitness: I still don’t know what to do about testing my fitness again.. I think I will leave it until the two month mark because particularly with my exams and getting sick I don’t think there will be much progress and not having achieved anything (deservedly with my laziness mind you) would just be depressing.

  • 5 Sets of:
    - 12 normal sit ups
    - 12 sit ups, knees at right angles
    - 12 sit ups, knees straight up
    - 12 bum raises
    - 12 russian twists

Food:

  • Breakfast: 2 eggs, scrambled
  • Lunch: nothing
  • Dinner: coconut thai curry
  • Snacks: I baked some cookies, kinda replaced lunch a little whoops

Day 40 - Rio Baby

Fitness: came home from watching aus win their game to get into the soccer world cup (woot) and did..

  • 3 sets of the following with 2kg dumbbells:
    - 10 sideways flys
    - 10 hammer curls
    - 10 bicep curls
    - 10 forward flys
    - 10  triceps overhead extension
  • 2 sets of 5 girlie push-ups

Food:

  • Breakfast: two crumpets with cheese
  • Lunch: pasta with mince and tomato pasta sauce
  • Dinner: migoreng
  • Snacks: a cider and a few biscuits 

Day 39 - NO MORE EXCUSES

Fitness: had my last exam today.. well until I have to sit a supplimentary one in July.. and I’m off my antibiotics.. and I’m on holidays.. So I have nothing more to use as an excuse. Just gotta get up off my lazy fat arse

Food: 

  • Breakfast: nutella and banana toast
  • Lunch: small hot chips
  • Dinner: rice with some gross sauce crap.. so didn’t eat much
  • Snacks: mi goreng, double beef and bacon, small chips and a soft serve from maccas.. wow :/ doesn’t sound bad until you write it at the end of the day.. 

Day 38 - You Know the Drill.. More Excuses #ExcuseQueen

Fitness: So I had work, then had to come right home and study for an exam.. so I didn’t have time right? totally wrong, I know I could have if I’d tried

Food: 

  • Breakfast: cruskits with nutella and cheese (not together)
  • Lunch: medium berry crush from boost after work and then two mini frozen pizzas at home
  • Dinner: bout a fist sized piece of stuffed lamb roast and some sweet potato
  • Snacks: none

Day 37.. 1 Year with the Man

Fitness: between exam, watching soccer and going out tonight I really didn’t have time.. after exams I’ll get back on the horse I swearsies

Food: 

  • Breakfast: porridge and banana
  • Lunch: small bowl veggies
  • Dinner: 2 bowls of mongolian bbq stir fry magic stuff
  • Snacks: wine

Yesterday’s 36 - More Exam Excusses

Fitness: as the title suggests.. I had an exam and then I had to try not to fall asleep studying for the one the next morning and yeh.. just generally put any fitness off

Food:

  • Breakfast:half a ham, cheese and mayo wrap
  • Lunch: string of binge eating stuff like nutella
  • Dinner: leak, celery and potato soup
  • Snacks: binge on nutella, a paddle pop and some other crap I can’t remember.. my exam didn’t go well..
